The LUX PROFI is suitable for sharpening common kitchen knives and butcher knives. It consists of a sharpening steel blade, a ring, and a wooden handle. The quality sharpening steel is made from 19421 material with a hard chrome finish to enhance the properties of the sharpening steel, having a hardness of 56-58 HRc. The handle is made from high-quality rosewood with a hanging ring and features a unique shape for comfortable and safe use.
