The RUBY oval sharpening steel is suitable for sharpening common kitchen knives and butcher knives. It consists of a sharpening blade and a wooden handle. The high-quality sharpening steel is made from material 19421 with a hard chrome finish to improve the properties of the sharpening steel, with a hardness of 62-65 HRc. The sharpening blade with a fine surface is set into a wooden handle. The handle is perfectly ergonomic and designed by our engineers and designers to allow comfortable work. Thanks to precise workmanship, the handle fits perfectly with the blade, leaving no room for dirt or harmful bacteria.
