By using the Mikov.com.ua website, the User agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy and to the terms of processing of their personal data.

If the User does not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the Mikov.com.ua website.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the website Mikov.com.ua. The Administration does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites the User may access via links available on the site.

The Website Administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User.

This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Website Administration regarding the non-disclosure and protection of the confidentiality of personal data that the User provides at the Administration's request during registration on the website or when placing an order.

Personal data permitted for processing under this Policy is provided by the User by filling in forms on the Mikov.com.ua website and includes:

• full name of the User;
• contact phone number;
• email address;
• delivery address;
• place of residence.

Processing of the User's personal data is carried out without any time limitation, by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems, with or without the use of automation tools.

The User agrees that the Website Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular courier delivery services, postal communication organizations, and telecommunications operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User's order placed on the Mikov.com.ua website.

The User's personal data may be transferred to authorized public authorities of Ukraine only on the grounds and in the manner established by the applicable legislation of Ukraine.

In the event of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Administration shall inform the User of such loss or disclosure.

The Website Administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.

The User is obliged to:

• provide personal data necessary for using the Mikov.com.ua website;
• update and supplement the personal data provided if such data changes.

The Website Administration is obliged to:

• use the information received solely for the purposes specified in Section 4 of this Policy;
• keep confidential information secret and not disclose it without the prior written consent of the User, and not sell, exchange, publish, or otherwise disclose transferred personal data, except in the cases provided for in clauses 5.2 and 5.3 of this Policy;
• take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure generally used to protect this kind of information;
• block personal data relating to the relevant User from the moment of a request from the User, their legal representative, or an authorized personal-data-protection body, for the period of verification, in the event of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions being identified.

The Website Administration, having failed to fulfil its obligations, is liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, except in the cases provided for in clauses 5.2, 5.3, and 7.2 of this Policy.

In the event of loss or disclosure of confidential information, the Website Administration is not liable if this confidential information:

• became public knowledge prior to its loss or disclosure;
• was received from a third party before it was received by the Website Administration;
• was disclosed with the consent of the User.

Before filing a claim in court in disputes arising from the relationship between the User of the Mikov.com.ua website and the Website Administration, it is mandatory to file a claim (a written proposal for the voluntary settlement of the dispute).

The recipient of the claim shall, within 30 calendar days of receiving it, notify the claimant in writing of the results of the claim review.

If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to a court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

The current legislation of Ukraine applies to this Policy and to the relations between the User and the Website Administration.

The Website Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.

The new Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment it is posted on the Mikov.com.ua website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
