RUBY 406-ND-11 fruit knife is a suitable helper for cutting all types of fruit. The high-quality blade is made from martensitic stainless steel DIN 1.4116 (imported from Germany) with a hardness of 55 HRc and set into a wooden handle.
Handle is perfectly ergonomic and designed by our engineers and designers to allow comfortable work with the knife. Thanks to precise workmanship, the handle fits seamlessly with the blade, leaving no space for dirt or harmful bacteria.
Blade is equipped with a metal bolsters protecting fingers during cutting. Use of RUBY kitchen knives is comfortable and safe when basic rules for handling sharp objects and hygiene are followed.
