Boning knife RUBY 402-ND-18 is an excellent companion for every household and restaurant operation. This carving, larding, or slicing knife is essentially a universal kitchen knife suitable for any use and is among the most frequently used knives in the kitchen.
Blade quality is made of martensitic stainless steel DIN 1.4116 (imported from Germany) with a hardness of 55 HRc and mounted in a wooden handle.
