Kitchen knife CLASSIC 52-NH-8 is designed for peeling fruits and vegetables but can also be used for cutting herbs, cold cuts, and vegetables. The tip of the blade can be used to remove various impurities on vegetables or to score peels on citrus fruits. The blade is 90 mm long, curved with a flat grind, and made from high-quality stainless steel 420 with a hardness of 53-55 HRc. The handle is made of durable plastic, has an ergonomic shape for comfortable and safe grip, and is textured. This texturing and the protrusions on the front and back sides prevent the hand from slipping and subsequent injury. Each production batch is marked with a special ID to ensure high-quality control.
