Kitchen knife CLASSIC 33-NH-15 is designed for boning meat. However, it can also be used for slicing, portioning, or trimming vegetables, meat, or meat products.
Knife description
The knife has a 165 mm long blade, with an upward-pointed shape and a hollow grind, made from high-quality 420 stainless steel with a hardness of 53-55 HRc. The handle is made of durable plastic, ergonomically shaped for comfortable and safe grip, and textured. This texturing and the protrusions on the front and back sides prevent slipping of the hand and subsequent injury. The kitchen knife is dishwasher safe. Each production batch is marked with a special ID to ensure high manufacturing quality.
