Butcher knife LUX PROFI 321-ND-18 is a professional butcher's knife designed for portioning meat. The blade is made of high-quality stainless steel 425 with a hardness of 53-56 HRc, additionally alloyed with Molybdenum and Vanadium, which gives the knife excellent cutting performance and wear resistance. This steel is proven for the production of butcher and kitchen knives. The handle scales are made of rosewood, which gives the knife a luxurious appearance, and they have an ergonomic shape for a secure grip. The handle scales are fastened with aluminum rivets. The knife is certified for contact with food according to European Union standards.
