Butcher knife LUX PROFI 318-ND-12 is a professional butcher knife for boning and portioning meat, trimming tendons and fatty meat, also suitable as a universal kitchen knife.
Blade is made of high-quality stainless steel 425 with hardness 53-56 HRc, additionally alloyed with Molybdenum and Vanadium, which gives the knife high cutting performance and wear resistance. This steel is proven for the production of butcher and kitchen knives.
Handle scales are made of rosewood, providing the knife with a luxurious appearance, and have an ergonomic shape for a secure grip. They are joined with aluminum rivets.
Certification the knife is certified for contact with food according to European Union standards.
